Thursday January 9, 2018, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. It’s All About Lamb – $70 – Chef and sommelier Eugene DiRocco, of Caesar’s Windsor, demonstrates delicious lamb recipes! On the menu: Lamb and Prosciutto Meatball; Lamb Shank with Crostini; and Port and Cherry Brûlée Tart.

Wednesday January 10, 2018, 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM. A Deconstructed Blind Tasting – $30 – We set out six wines in a flight, have you sample them and offer your suggestions on the identity of the wines. We’ll then reveal the products to see how you fared. The person with the most correct answers will take home a gift.

Thursday January 11, 2018, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Succulent Soups– $65 – Chef Rafe Hanna demonstrates why long and slow cooking results in such rich and tender fare. On the menu: Classic French Onion Soup; Cream of Broccoli Soup; and Chicken Noodle Soup.

Tuesday January 16, 2018, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Excite Your Palate!– $65 – Chef Dan Duggan of Other Place Catering will help to wake up your senses. On the menu: Shrimp and Pork Spring Rolls; Carne Asada, and Key Lime Churro Tart.

Wednesday January 17, 2018, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Canadian Club Sheds Light on National Bootlegger’s Day – $40 – Canadian Club Ambassador Tish Harcus joins us to share her wealth of information about the 13 frenetic years of prohibition during which the United States was a dry country. Enjoy each of six Canadian Club samples with a fabulous food pairing.

Thursday January 18, 2018, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. My Boyfriend Eats Meat (and I Don’t!)– $70 – Chef Fred Sorrell of Green Leaf Specialty Grocer shows how you can easily and comfortably co-exist when your significant other is a vegetarian. On the menu: Tofu Scramble; Ground Beef Substitute; and “Chicken” Seitan.

Monday January 22, 2018, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Comfort to the Max – $65 – Chef Bianca Maria of Ciao Pasta Bar brings cold-weather comfort food to the table. On the menu: Mini Baked Brie Bites; Beer and Cheddar Soup; Turkey Chili; and Apple Tart Tatin.

Tuesday January 23, 2018, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Citrus Explosion – $65 – Chef Benjamin LeBlanc-Beaudoin, from the Iron Kettle Bed & Breakfast, demonstrates a meal bursting citrus. On the menu: Shrimp and Scallop Ceviche; Grapefruit Salad; Lemon Risotto; and Candied Orange Financier.

Wednesday January 24, 2018, 6:30 PM – 8 PM. Sangria and Tapas – $45 – Product Consultant creates six unique Sangrias to serve alongside six delicious tapas items.

Thursday January 25, 2018, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. A Dim Sum Dumpling Feast – $65 – Feast on a variety of homemade dumplings when Suzy Cui returns to the kitchen. On the menu: Deep-Fried Red Curry Beef Dumplings; Traditional Pot Stickers; Pork Wonton Soup; and Sweet Rice Dumplings.

Tuesday January 30, 2018, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. That’s a Wrap (Indian-inspired Wraps and Sandwiches) – $65 – Executive Sous Chef Rajan Mehra of Caesar’s Windsor shows you how to satisfy your craving for Indian-inspired cuisine. On the menu: Chickpea and Potato Tikki Roll; Vegetable and Paneer Kathi Roll; Tandoori Chicken Sandwich; Sheekh Kebab Wrap; and Grilled Ladoo.

Wednesday January 31, 2018, 6:30 PM – 8 PM. Dare to Compare: Bordeaux vs The South of France – $60 – Four wines from each of France’s famed regions will be sampled in pairs to illuminate the extensive differences in grape varieties and finished products. Each pair of wines will be matched with an appropriately French-inspired food pairing.
