The Irish Rovers
Friday March 17, 2017. The Celtic super group, The Irish Rovers, will perform two shows at The Colosseum. The Irish Rovers, international ambassadors of Irish music, have charmed and entertained people around the world for more than four decades. They have never lost their timeless ability to deliver a rollicking, rousing performance of good cheer that will have you singing and clapping along! The band features original members George Millar and Wilcil McDowell along with John Reynolds, Sean O’Driscoll, Ian Millar and Fred Graham. The Irish Rovers are best known for their international television series, and contributing to the popularization of Irish music. They are best known for their songs “Unicorn”, “Wasn’t That A Party” and “Whiskey on a Sunday”. Their songs have become anthems of revelry and joy among generation after generation of fans.
