Charcuterie and Cheese Board Workshop

Join Sarah, owner of the Cheese Bar, for this Charcuterie and Cheeseboard Workshop! During this two hour class you’ll discover unique flavours and textures of artisanal Ontario cheeses, explore how to mix and match to create the perfect array, learn practical cutting methods, and get tips for arranging them on your board. A step-by-step demonstration will guide you through the process and give you the skills you need to turn any cheese into a work of art. Colchester Ridge Estate Winery will be pouring your first glass of wine and offering wine by the glass for purchase.
Very limited space available. Purchase early to avoid disappointment. Please bring your own knives (one paring and one regular) along with a 10″ x 14″ wooden board. Boards will also be available for purchase.
