Make your own charcuterie board using unique materials under the expert guidance of one of Ford City’s true originals Michael Difazio. Over three and a half hours you will be immersed in the surroundings and workings of this busy studio, take shop breaks enjoying locally-sourced apps and refreshments, and along the way, hear Michael’s take on his business journey and the evolution of one of Windsor’s most up-and-coming neighbourhoods. It’s a perfect experience for singles or couples not afraid of a little sawdust or becoming a Ford City Original!
