Iron Kettle Cooking Series – A Spring Thaw

The tempartues are warming up, the flowers are blooming and it’s time to start thinking about that garden. It’s a perfect time to begin thinking of way to enjoy the early spring harvest. Chef Benjamin LeBlanc-Beaudoin of Iron Kettle Bed & Breakfast brings you a meal so fresh you’ll think you picked the veggies yourself.
Your ticket includes a tasting menu of four courses prepared in front of you by Chef Ben. Learn tricks and tips so you can prepare the same meals in your own kitchen. Each course will be paired with a wine selection from Muscedre Vineyards in Amherstburg.
