Iron Kettle Cooking Series: Christmas Appetizers

In the second of a two part Christmas feature, this class will focus on appetizers for entertaining. Unlike other classes, this one will feature at least eight small plates of food showcasing holiday appetizer ideas from Chef Benjamin LeBlanc-Beaudoin of Iron Kettle Bed & Breakfast. Chef Ben will provide tips to help you create the best entertaining experience for your own guests while not getting bogged down spending too much time in the kitchen.
Your ticket includes at least eight small plates prepared in front of you by Chef Ben. Learn tips and tricks so you can make the same dishes in you own kitchen. Each course will be paired with a wine selection from Muscedre Vinyards of Harrow. A full menu won’t be available for this event until the night of the class.
