Great whisky isn’t made quickly or easily.  It’s the result of choices made over time, by a team of dedicated individuals who rely on each other’s expertise.  For every taste, there’s a flavour. Whether you like your whisky on the rocks or in a mix, watching the fire or watching the game, we’ve got a whisky for you. Come visit us at our new distillery experience, where you’ll learn about the history of Canadian whisky and the craft of making it.

Experience the story of Canadian whisky. You’ll learn about the history of Canadian whisky and the process of making it, from the grains harvested by local farmers to you pouring it into a glass to enjoy. The tour concludes with samples of our award-winning whisky.

Tours are guided and consist of 15 people at a time and are approximately 1.5 hours in length. At the end of the tour you will have the opportunity to purchase any of the Canadian whiskies that you sampled including some of our rare collections. Tour is subject to availability.

Tours occur*:

• every Friday at 1 pm, 3 pm & 5 pm
• every Saturday and Sunday at 12pm, 2pm & 4pm

* Tour schedule may be adjusted due to private events

Retail store is open 12pm through 5pm Friday through Sunday.
