I Can Boogie But I Need a Certain Song – The artists in this exhibition take up music as both material and language, engaging with the meaning it is embedded through the context of its production and distribution. As subversive consumers, this group decontextualize recognizable tunes, turning them into relatable favourites.

JP King: The Department of Discard Culture – This exhibit presents a constellation of multimedia works by JP King whose diverse research practice focuses on the ways in which material waste shapes our culture. The exhibit includes a documentary film about municipal waste management, billboard-sized psychedelic photographs of garbage, portraits of abandoned mattresses and more.

Kenneth Saltmarche: Dedicated Visions – This exhibition presents a range of Saltmarche’s art which demonstrates his interest in exploring several art genres over the duration of his artistic practice.

401 West! Portrait of the Region – Artists from the 1940’s to present day explore aspects of the region through diverse media representing the cultural communities of London, Windsor, Chatham and Detroit. A wide variety of painting, photography, sculpture and graphic arts are on view. The exhibition features modern and contemporary art spanning eight decades, including some never-before-seen acquisitions.
Look Again! Celebrating the AGW Collection at 75 Years – Includes many of your favorite works and those which have truly defined the Gallery’s collection as high quality. Notably enriched in this exhibition is the Gallery’s continuing commitment to Indigenous histories.

Colour and Movement: Hazel Riley and Vivian Klinck – Hazel Riley’s study of art was fostered in her country or origin, Trinidad and Tobago. Vivian was drawn to oil painting as a moth to a flame from the first day she touched a painting. These two artists come together to create an exhibit of Essex County fields and wild landscapes viewed in ribbons. A fresh look at our surroundings, with a combination of rhythm and colour that depicts the land we live in.
