Event Website

It’s getting close to the holliest and jolliest time of the year, so let’s spread the holiday cheer!

This year Club SoDA will be screening a holiday double feature that is welcome to all: How the Grinch Stole Christmas (1966), followed by Home Alone. The movies are meant for all to enjoy so don’t hesitate to bring your family!

We will be holding the screening in the Studio Theatre of the Jackman School of Dramatic Art at the University of Windsor, located between Essex Hall and Vanier Circle. Doors will open at 7 and the movie will start at 7:30. There will be an intermission between Grinch and Home Alone.

The event is PWYC (Pay What You Can) so feel free to pay as little (or as much) as you want! There will be hot chocolate and candy canes for sale, as well as various other sweets and treats.

We will have a photo booth with some of your favourite Christmasy characters, so please dress up in your comfiest sweater, and BYOBlanket to get all snuggly for the movies.
