Remembrance Day Ceremony – Riverside
Saturday November 2, 2019. Join the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 255 for their dedication ceremony. All who attend are welcome back to
the BRANCH after the ceremony.
Cenotaph at Miracle Park – 6755 Wyandotte St E, Windsor
Riverside RCL BR 255 Remembrance Dinner
Sunday November 3, 2019. Enjoy a delicious Dinner that includes: Roast beef, Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable and Salad. Everyone is welcome. (Branch 255 veterans and their caregivers/spouses tickets will be paid for by the branch.) If you are a Br 255 Veteran, please pick up your free ticket at the bar.
Dinner 6 pm, Tickets are $20 for non veterans.
Br 255 Veterans will be provided with a complimentary meal

Remembrance Day Parade – Belle River
Saturday, November 9, 2019. A parade starts from the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 399 at 1 pm and goes to the Cenotaph for a ceremony at 1:30. Everyone is welcome back to the Legion after the ceremony.

Windsor Classic Chorale Eve of Remembrance
Saturday Nov 9 – Sunday Nov 10, 2019. The Windsor Classic Chorale Annual Remembrance Day concert featuring Brahms Requiem. Remembrance Day is an opportunity to pause and reflect on what was lost and what has been gained.

Remembrance Day – Essex
Monday November 11, 2019. Royal Canadian Legion Branch 201 will march from the Essex Legion Hall to Essex United Church starting at 9:45am. A service at the cenotaph at 11am with a return to the Legion at 11:30am.

Remembrance Day – Amherstburg
Monday November 11, 2019. Amherstburg’s Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 157 will parade through downtown starting at 10:20am. The parade will continue to the cenotaph at the King’s Navy Yard park, for the remembrance service and wreath laying ceremony. Following the ceremony, the parade will re-form moving and end at RCL Branch 157 for dismissal.

Monday, November 11, 2019. The HMCS Hunter will host a Remembrance Day Service at 11 am at the Cenotaph located at City Hall Square.

LaSalle Remembrance Day Ceremony
Monday November 11, 2019. The Town of LaSalle will host a Remembrance Day Service in partnership with the Royal Canadian Legion. In addition to a moment of silence, there will be a wreath laying ceremony. Many students take part in the service. The prime ministers of Sandwich Secondary School and St. Thomas of Villanova High School will bring greetings. The service is a reminder of the inhumanity of war, and a tribute to all who have lost their lives for our country. All are welcome to attend.

Remembrance Day – Harrow
Monday November 11, 2019. The annual Remembrance Day parade begins at 1:30pm at the Harrow Centre Royal Canadian Legion Branch Branch 338. The parade heads to the Cenotaph for the ceremony.
