Saturday, May 18, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Our 127th birthday celebration in 2019 includes the Annual Mayor’s Walk along the waterfront and a party with stage entertainment, food, activities and more in Dieppe Gardens.
The celebration will include:
- 10 am – Annual Mayor’s Walk (start at Ambassador Park, along waterfront, to downtown)
- 11 am – City’s 127th Birthday Celebration (Vision Corridor – between Chimczuk Museum and Adventure Bay)
The Mayor’s Walk begins at 9:30 am at Ambassador Park with a warm-up and greetings by Mayor Drew Dilkens, followed by a lovely stroll along the waterfront. Then, join the group in singing O Canada at the Great Canadian Flag before heading over to the Vision Corridor for Windsor’s 127th Birthday Celebration. Once at the Vision Corridor, enjoy free hotdogs, birthday cupcakes, family fun, and entertainment.
