Dress as a wizard or steampunk and be prepared to play!  Uncommon Festival returns to beautiful downtown Amherstburg where guests meet odd and peculiar characters and engage in live performances.  Kids enjoy the WFCU Innovation Pavilion where science meets fun!  Be part of the fun and bring your Splendid Teapot Racer you have created at home to enter the Teapot Race.  New this year – the Fantastic Feast dining experience, live concert Friday night featuring Canadian singer-songwriter Emm Gryner and, outdoor movie Saturday night in the King’s Navy Yard Park.  This festival is a “BEST New Festival 2019” WINNER from Festival and Events Ontario.  Don’t miss out!

Get your gears on at the The Amherstburg Uncommon Festival. The University of Windsor and St. Clair College offer the latest in STEM activities in The WFCU Children’s Innovation Pavilion. Archery, Escape rooms, wacky golf, magic and puppets, hot air balloon rides and the popular falcon show.

Sip tea and support the Windsor Essex Children’s Aid Society or win fabulous prizes at
the Uncommon Costume Contest. Don’t be afraid of the “Diablo” Carnival Show, tickets available here for only $5 (recommended for ages 9+) or eat an intriguing meal at the Fabulous Feast! Also the movie is Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.
