The Safety Village

The Province of Ontario has enacted new safety measures which may impact your experience. Restrictions for indoor attractions include:

• Museums, galleries, zoos, science centres, landmarks, historic sites, botanical gardens and similar attractions, amusement parks and waterparks, tour and guide services and fairs, rural exhibitions, and festivals must all close.

Outdoor establishments are permitted to remain open with restrictions and with spectator occupancy, where applicable, limited to 50 per cent capacity.

The Safety Village is the recognized leader in providing safety and injury-prevention education programs to residents of Windsor-Essex.  They offer school and summer safety programs.  The Safety Village also provides to other safety-oriented associations the use of meeting rooms and facilities. They partner with other safety oriented associations to deliver safety education events to the community and assist parents, educators and students with researching safety related issues through their Resource Center.
